ITALY
As far as Italy is concerned, the relevant companies of the STACK EMEA Group have adopted a compliance framework in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, which is periodically updated in line with organizational and/or legislative changes.
NORDICS
The purpose of Norway’s Transparency Act is to promote companies’ respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions and ensure public access to information. The Act imposes a duty of disclosure on enterprises and a duty to conduct due diligence. The result of the relevant investigation performed on behalf of STACK Infrastructure Nordics is summarized in the following report.
UNITED KINGDOM
The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires businesses operating in the UK over a certain size to disclose each year what action they have taken to ensure there is no modern slavery in their business or supply chains. This statement details STACK Infrastructure’s commitments to human rights and ethical labour standards, and our activities to ensure no modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chains, including supplier compliance, audits, and confidential reporting channels.

STACK EMEA is committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Whoever is aware of any conduct that may be unlawful, unethical, or inconsistent with Company policies or values is encouraged to raise their concerns.
All concerns will be treated seriously and reviewed in a fair, impartial, and timely manner. Confidentiality will be respected in line with applicable laws.
