A 34-acre development near Manassas brings 84MW of critical capacity to this highly sought-after market. Utilizing STACK’s efficient Basis of Design, this campus offers a combined total of 336,000 sq. ft. of data hall space. NVAL3 is located directly adjacent to existing high-voltage transmission lines connected to a Novec substation, which will be expanded to support the site.
