Situated on 8.9 acres (3.6 hectares) of land, the campus offers 409,000 sq. ft. (38,000 sq.m.) of technical area and 52,613 sq. ft. (4,888 sq.m.) of additional office and storage space. The site hosts a dedicated onsite 66kV/11kV utility substation with total capacity of 135MW.
